Izzati Faisal (b. 1998) investigates keenly on the voices of a community and analyses existing social issues by challenging perspectives in her works. Intrigued by the cultural aspects and beliefs of her born race, Izzati explores a broader contemplation of the cultural forces that shape our world. Weaving together elements of her religious heritage and contemporary cultural themes, she seeks to bridge the past and present, creating a dialogue that resonates with people today.

Graduated from Nanyang Technological University Arts, Design and Media, Singapore with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography and Digital Imaging (Distinction). She previously completed her Diploma in Fine Art Photography at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Singapore in 2018.
